This gentle, guided class blends expressive movement with deep stretching to help you relax your body, open your heart, and reconnect—whether you come with a friend, partner, or someone new. No dance experience required, just a willingness to move and have fun together. Arrive early to enjoy a cup of warm tea and settle into the space before we begin.
