Join Cierra and Erin for EmotionaliTEA - Tea and Somatic Expression
In this class, you will be guided through somatic practices to help you better be in touch with your present emotions. This intimate gathering will be a safe container to access your hard-to-feel feelings such as anger and/ or grief. Movement practices, meditation/ journaling, and time to reflect/ share will be the focus points for this class. Please bring a mat, notebook/ pen, water, and wear comfy clothes you can move freely in. Suggested $20 ticket.
