About the event
Tea, calligraphy, meditation, and sound bowls. Dixon (he/him) and Will (he/him) will be leading a night of meditation through multiple medias. We will practice a guided tea meditation with the incorporation of sound bowls before moving through the meditative practice of calligraphy. Bring a yoga mat if you would like to lay on it for the sound bath.
