Therapeutic touch is an essential aspect of healing, whether that be platonic contact between friends or partners or self-massage. Join Hayley and Cierra for a restful evening of healing herbs and therapeutic touch. We’ll learn techniques to calm and regulate the body and mind through the healing art of therapeutic touch. This class can be done in groups or solo, so grab your mug and journal and tune in to touch!
