Join Hayley for a Group Sounding Meditation! We prioritize quiet spaces in so many ways; let’s find balance and release through intentional sound. Chanting, laughter and shouting are all methods of regulating the Vagas Nerve, which controls heart rate, breathing, cortisol levels, sleep cycles, and so much more! *** This is a space for those who are ready to express loud, emotional sounds in a safe, receptive environment. Ear plugs are encouraged, as this will be a very loud space.
